Some areas of the hotel, particularly the lobby, may not give off a welcoming atmosphere.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was perfect - not too far from the city centre and just a short tram ride from the station. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, offering room service and wake up calls as well as a welcome drink on arrival. Our room was superbly clean, quiet and well-equipped with everything we needed including free wi-fi, air conditioning and an electric kettle. We particularly liked the soundproofed rooms which made for a great night's sleep. The dining facilities were excellent too, with a lovely restaurant and bar/lounge area on site.

We would definitely recommend this venue to families. It's a great place to stay with plenty of leisure facilities including free wi-fi in rooms, luggage storage, late check-in/out and a 24-hour reception.

Great location, close to the old town and Austerlitz area with cafes and restaurants. Spacious rooms with beautiful bathrooms and perfect showers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. We were pleased to find parking available on the hotel, a huge convenience. the location was excellent, being very close to the city center and within easy walking distance of the historic district. Public transportation, specifically the tram station, was also nearby. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices.
